Our products are shipped from Luxembourg, European Union. We ship worldwide. Shipping costs are automatically calculated at the checkout.
We will process and ship your item(s) in 1-3 business days after receiving your order. Please note that orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped.
The shipping time depends on your location, but can be estimated as follows:
- Luxembourg: 2 - 3 Business days
- Europe: 4 - 10 Business days
- Rest of the world: 8 - 20 days Business days
FREE SHIPPING ELIGIBILITY
Orders above the value of 35€ qualify for free shipping in all European Union countries (excluding overseas territories) as well as the following European countries: Andorra, Liechtenstein, Monaco, Norway, San Marino, Switzerland, United Kingdom and Vatican City.
TAXES & CUSTOMS FEES
For orders in the EU:
If your shipping location is in European Union you do not have to worry about incurring any additional tax, customs or duty costs when receiving your order from Mooday Memos.
For orders outside of the EU:
Any orders to countries outside of European Union may incur extra charges depending on local regulations. All applicable duties, taxes and custom fees shall be borne by the customer. Unfortunately we cannot estimate how much fees you will have to pay. Mooday Memos is not responsible for any duties, tax or customs fees under any circumstance. The buyer will be held accountable for any country restriction, duty, tax, or any other fees collected.

We are always happy to process returns providing the request is genuine and for the right reason. As an online seller we have a duty to accept returns in line with consumer legislation. For details on our refund deadlines and policies, please refer to the information below:
- You can return your order within 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since you have received your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
- To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- In case of returns or exchanges please reach out to email@example.com. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
- We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
